Have a destressing bedtime ritual. It could be taking a hot shower, doing some stretching, going for a walk, or finding a person to talk to. If you have an accountability partner, and you want to give them a call, that’s something else you can do as well. Find that way to remember that “this is a time to destress, not amplify the stress” right before going to sleep.
