End your day with the Evening Equalizer smoothie

What we consume at the end of our day makes a big difference in how well we sleep.

Smoothie enthusiast, Amber Hicks, runs us through what kind of ingredients are key for battling sleep disorders and priming us for healthy sleep habits. The result is the Evening Equalizer smoothie overflowing with magnesium, potassium, serotonin, and melatonin, important chemicals and hormones that tell our brains “it’s time for bed.”

Amber has served in the field of addiction and recovery for over 15 years. As founder and executive director of a successful substance use treatment center and currently executive director, Three20 Recovery Center, she brings experience and practical application to her role and work as recovery advocate.
