Even if we consider ourselves artistic, starting a new art project can be an intimidating task

But there doesn’t need to be so much pressure on starting our artistic journey.

In this video, lead facilitator of Celebrate Recovery, Jena Maldonado, gives us two simple but effective tips to starting and completing any art project. Jena encourages us that art can be anything and made out of anything. We don’t need to be our own worst critic and put the same pressure we experience in real life on our artwork.

You are your own worst critic when it comes to art. We always think ours is worse.
