These awesome foods range from the simple plants of parsley and flaxseed, to the fabled and perplexing “Ezekiel bread.” Each of these fantastic biblical foods has their own physical or mental benefits. From the simple and bland cabbage to the effortlessly delicious honey, nutritional value can be found.
